Indemnification

You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com , and their contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from or relating to:

1. This Agreement: Your breach of any warranties, representations, or obligations outlined in this Agreement.
2. Website Content: Your use of the Website content or any issues related to it.
3. Products :Your use of the Products (including Trial Products) or issues arising from them.
4. Intellectual Property:Violations of intellectual property or proprietary rights of any individual or entity.
5. Agreement Violations: Any violations of the terms or provisions of this Agreement.
6. User-Supplied Information : Any data or information you provide to Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com.

If Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com , or their associated entities are threatened with legal action or become involved in litigation due to your actions, they may request written assurances from you regarding your indemnification obligations. Failure to provide such assurances may constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Defense and Cooperation
Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com reserve the right to participate in your defense against any third-party claims related to your use of the Website content or Products. This participation may involve counsel of their choice at their expense. They will also reasonably cooperate in your defense upon your request and at your expense.

You will have sole responsibility for defending Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com against any claim, but you must obtain prior written consent from them before agreeing to any settlement.

Survival
The terms of this indemnification provision will survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement, as well as your use of the Website or Products.
