Force Majeure:
Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com will not be held liable for any interruption, delay, or failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire, storm), acts of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strikes, lockouts, or boycotts.

Cessation of Operation:
Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com reserve the right to cease operation of the Website and discontinue the distribution of Products at their discretion and without prior notice.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com, superseding all prior agreements related to its subject matter.

Effect of Waiver:
Failure by Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive the right to do so in the future. If any provision is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect.

Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising from this Agreement must be filed in courts located within Karnataka, India. By using this Website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts. Additionally, you waive the right to a jury trial.

Statute of Limitation:
Any claims related to the Website, Products, or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action arising, otherwise they are permanently barred.

Waiver of Class Action Rights:
By entering into this Agreement, you waive any right to participate in class actions or similar legal proceedings. All claims must be resolved individually.

Termination:
Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com may terminate your access to the Website at their discretion if they believe you have violated any terms. In such cases, all outstanding orders may be canceled, and the Website’s access restricted without prior notice.

Domestic Use:
Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com make no representations that the Website or its Products are available or suitable for use outside of India. Users accessing the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and must comply with local laws.

Assignment:
You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement. Global Gateway Infratech Pvt Ltd, Gateway Sysconnect, and Choosemychoice.com may assign their rights and obligations at their discretion without prior notice to you.
