Standard security practices such as segregation between web layer, app layer and DB layers through access control and firewall.
Communication to and from Gateway Signage App is restricted only to Gateway Signage manager through a secured channel
All communication to Gateway Signage cloud from client or web management console is secured through SSL/https.
Segregation of data between customers
Each customer/user will have unique credentials to login and manage their screen and content.
Provision for customer console admin to create multiple groups, roles and rights with restricted access.
Customer data submitted for the functional requirement of the signage solution are stored in AWS cloud in compliance with the AWS security standard. The data being stored includes customer email, Gateway Signage login credentials, creative (image/video, and other data e.g. menu details if created) are stored in AWS cloud.
Standard practices are adhered in terms of segregation of data between customers and restricted access by Gateway Signage internal support/tech team.
